A flushing bowl, a sink with running water and a mirror. The upgrade that stops guests thinking about the restroom at all — which is exactly the point.

The flush is foot-operated, so nothing needs touching by hand, and the waste goes out of sight instead of sitting in view. The sink runs off its own fresh water tank with soap and towels beside it.
Add the mirror, the coat hook and a shelf for a bag, and you have somewhere a guest in a dress or a suit can use without it becoming a story afterwards. It's still a portable unit — it just doesn't announce it.
The jobs where the upgrade earns its money.
Guests are dressed up and photos are being taken. This is the unit that doesn't turn up in the background of any of them looking wrong.
Company open days, dealer events, anything where customers are on site and the details reflect on you.
Anniversaries, big birthdays, graduation open houses — events at home where the guest list is longer than the bathroom can handle.
Same all-in approach as every unit we rent, with a bit more to keep topped up.
Placed and levelled where you want it — usually just off the main sightline but close enough to be obvious.
Fresh water topped up, waste pumped, soap and towels restocked, interior wiped down.
Stocked, clean and working before the driver leaves. You don't need to check it yourself.
If something needs attention mid-event, you're calling the people who own the units, not a call centre.
